Shipping policy

North Hound Life currently ships to Canada, USA, UK, EU, and Hong Kong.

Free shipping is offered occasionally and usually with a minimum order amount.

Once an order is placed, expect your order to be shipped within five business days. Once the order is fulfilled you will be notified with a tracking number (Canada Post, UPS, CanPar, Purolator, FedEx, etc). Due to COVID-19 there are delays beyond our control. You can track your package with the tracking number provided and if there are delays you are to contact us and contact your local postal service.

Customer must pay any customs or duties. Shipping our products outside of Canada in regards to customs is at the buyer’s own risk due to the fact that every region/state varies regarding import regulations.

North Hound Life will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office, nor for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fees the local carrier in your country may charge.
