Shipping policy

North Hound Life currently ships to Canada, USA, UK, EU, and Hong Kong.

Free shipping is offered occasionally and usually with a minimum order amount.

North Hound Life defaults every order to include Package Protection.  If you decline Package Protection and your package has been lost, stolen, delayed or damaged, please contact the carrier directly (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, CanPar, DHL etc.). We are not held responsible for any packages lost, stolen, delayed or damaged if you decline Package Protection.

Once an order is placed, expect your order to be shipped within five business days.  Once the order is fulfilled you will be notified with a tracking number (Canada Post, UPS, CanPar, Purolator, FedEx, etc). There are always delays beyond our control.  You can track your package with the tracking number provided and if there are delays you are to contact us AND contact the courier company shipping your order only if you have purchased Package Protection.

Customer must pay any customs or duties.  Shipping our products outside of Canada in regards to customs is at the buyer’s own risk due to the fact that every region/state varies regarding import regulations.

North Hound Life will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office, nor for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fees the local carrier in your country may charge.

Returns from outside of Canada are subject to a minimum $25 CAD restocking fee.
